Meet the Coach

Hi, I’m Harsha, a Breathwork Coach based in the South of Spain. My own experience with breathwork started three years ago after the passing of my mother due to a terminal neurological illness. It was a tough period for me emotionally and it led me to explore meditation and breathwork as a coping mechanism. I was immediately hooked by how powerful breathing exercises could be in terms of helping manage and improve my emotional state, level of stress and energy levels.

My initial exploration into the meditation and breathwork space led me to study some of Deepak Chopra and Rupert Spira’s books and then, I stumbled across the now famous VICE Magazine documentary “The Ice Man – Wim Hof”, which immediately ignited my latent interest in breathwork.

We are built to be happy, strong and healthy. I fear not to live. We have everything to live up to our dreams. You have everything to achieve that, and in a very short period of time you can get all the tools to manifest who you want to be

During this time I was living in Hong Kong and was working in a fast-paced, high pressure industry as well as being a father of two young children; all while still trying to process and come to terms with the passing of my mother. Practising the Wim Hof breathing exercises had a profound impact in helping me manage my emotional wellbeing and stress levels. The breathing exercises also created a space for reflection, and this ultimately led me to take a career break and relocate my family to the south of Spain.

It was during this break that I delved deeper into the world of breathwork. I experienced and understood how breathwork could help manage emotional states, however, as a keen amateur sports enthusiast, I was also interested in how breathwork could be applied to maximising sports performance and also how the breath can be used to improve mental focus and concentration.

I love how simple and yet powerful breathwork can be.

It can have a profound impact on your emotional wellbeing, your ability to think clearly and make good decisions, and how you move and perform to your bodies maximum potential.
